I had an amazing time relaxing by the sun terrace and enjoyed a soothing massage during my stay. The breakfast spread was delightful, and I loved how they served fresh fruit every morning. The only hiccup was that I waited a bit long for check-in, but overall, it was a fantastic getaway! 😊

The bathroom products were high quality, and I appreciated the little box of sweets waiting for me on the bed. However, I faced a couple of hiccups. The view from my room wasn't ideal, overlooking the street with some direct visibility from nearby buildings. I also encountered issues with the in-room water quality. the filtered water tasted a bit off. Although I requested bottled water, it took some prompting to receive it. Dining was a mixed bag. the chef's skills showed, but a dessert order that I didn’t enjoy was charged to my bill initially. Fortunately, they removed it after I asked. The hotel lacked a bustling ambiance, with the restaurant being quite empty during my stay. While the stylish decor and the fireplace added a cozy touch, the location felt a bit lifeless. Comedy aside, I truly enjoyed the hospitality and the comfortable beds, but I hope they can address these small issues to enhance the experience for future guests.

Superb experience. The superior double room had air conditioning, a minibar, and a comfy sofa. Loved the stylish décor and cleanliness. Breakfast had fresh pastries and gourmet options. Also enjoyed the rooftop bar with amazing views. Staff were super helpful, like connecting us to great local dining. Exceptional service overall.

It was just a commendable fit for a quick weekend visit in Madrid with attractive and competitive value for money. I enjoyed the charming key chain, though it was easy to forget to return it.
